Prototype Component Fabrication – Prior to tool prototype construction, we fabricate your component using high precision wire EDM technology to provide a sample to test your application for critical areas. This allows us to provide more accurate data for tool prototype construction then by scenarios alone.

Prototype Tools & Molds – In and out of house capabilities for prototype for small quantities up to 50,000 pieces. Whether the program is fabricated in house or out of house, our tool and mold makers are highly involved by employing their expertise in the creation of your prototype.
