| Insert molding is a unique process
where a variety of components such as, but not limited to, complex
metal stampings, cast metal and screw machine parts, contacts, screws,
nuts, coils, as well as other plastic parts are incorporated into
plastic to create a finished component or assembly. There are many
advantages to using insert molding. One example is to use it in
place of heat staking to provide a part with much higher integrity
and quality at a lower price. |
